The ISO 9001/ISO 19011 Training provides effective knowledge and a functional audit methodology in order to manage, implement, audit, certify and improve an ISO 9001 Quality System (QMS). The management of quality, risk, cost and performance is shown and explained. The audit team learning and individual audit practices enable Quality Managers and Lead Auditors to audit and to improve the QMS. The 18 ISO 19011 audit methods for performance audit, strategic audit, process audit, risk and opportunity audit, supply chain audit, audit programme, conformity audit, information system audit, life cycle audit, customer satisfaction and strategic management review are shown and demonstrate how to audit the QMS, how to increase the benefits, reduce costs and achieve planned results. Participants will receive a 16-hour ISO 9001/ISO 19011 auditor certificate and a new training manual with CDR.
