The Training ISO 9001/ISO 19011 Elements, Internal Audit and Strategic Management Review demonstrates an effective know how and functional audit methodology in order to manage, implement, audit, certify and improve an ISO 9001 Quality System. The high-level system structure and all ISO 9001:2015 elements are shown and explained. The training includes team and individual learning and enables Quality Managers and Lead Auditors to audit and improve the Quality System. New advanced methods of ISO 19011:2018 standard for audit performance, audit of context, audit of risks and opportunities, supply chain audits, audit sampling, competence evaluation, the measurement of customer satisfaction, and the strategic management review demonstrate how to audit and improve the quality system, increase profits, reduce costs and achieve planned results. Each participant receives an ISO 9001/ISO 19011 Auditor Certificate and training manual with CD-R.
